ZPF15/17/19 Rotary Tablet Press
Description
ZPF15 (17/19) rotary tablet press is an improved machine of ZP17 model. It is more beautiful in appearance and more compact-structured, which is placed vertically. Due to its low noise and little dust, vertical rotary tableting machine becomes the ideal production equipment for pharmacy and food industry. Besides, rotary tablet press is not only agreeable for mass producing round pills, sugar and calcium tablets, but also compressing tablets of geometrical shapes.
Performance
1. The upper part of rotary tablet press is tablet press chamber with transparent organic glass window structure. This chamber is totally enclosed to prevent outside dusts and sundries from entering and, to some extent, can decrease noise. Thus, tablets are clean enough to meet the requirements of GMP. And the windows on the vertical rotary tableting machine can be opened when materials need changing.
2. The lower half rotary tablet press is transmission operating system. On the operation panel is a numerical display device, through which the current rotary speed or the numbers of pills can be displayed.
3. Tooth synchronous belt and worm and gear are adopted in the transmission of rotary tablet press. As transmission is entirely separated from tablet pressing chamber, materials are safe from being polluted by lubricating oil.
