Introduction
Sugar coating machine, just as its name suggests, is used for average coating and polishing or formed tablets and pills in pharmaceutical and food industry. Besides, this tablet coating machine can also be applied for polishing roller, fried green bean and ripe fruit and for aqueous or film coating products.Sugar coating machine applies many layers of sugar on the surface of tablets for better protection. The whole process involves preheating coating vessel and then introducing products for coating. After being covered with layers of coating, these products thus are dried and cooled with uniform size and pattern.

Features
1. The inclining angle of sugar coating machine pot is adjustable (from 30° above horizon line to 5° below it).
2. Temperature of electrical heater can be adjusted.
3. The wind pipe stretches in the pot for the purpose of heating or cooling.
4. Thermal capacity can be divided into three levels—1000kw, 2000kw, and 3000kw.

Operation Instruction
1. Each fastener of the machine should be carefully checked for no looseness before operating sugar coating machine.
2. Scrub the inside and outside of sugar pot.
3. Start main motor and let tablet coating machine run for 2 minutes without materials, in order to judge whether it is trouble-free or not.
4. Please press the button of main motor after the feeding. Then, press fan button according to the situation of sugar crystallization and meantime, turn on the heating wire switch.
