HD Series Multi-Directional Mixer

Introduction
HD series multi-directional mixer, known for high efficiency, is used to mix powdery or granulated materials uniformly. This powder blending machine is adapted for pharmacy, foodstuff, chemical, machinery, electronics, mining, scientific research, national defense and light industries.

Advantages
1. HD series multi-directional mixer is well-structured and easy to operate.
2. Coefficient of charging can reach 80% (40% for normal ones).
3. By using this powder blending machine, centrifugal force effect, specific gravity segregation, delaminating and accumulation are avoided. And the mixing ratio of each component is over 99.9%.
4. Each part of charging barrel is polished precisely, meeting the GMP requirement.

Working Principle of Powder Blending Machine
Mixing barrel of multi-directional mixer is suspended on ends of main and supplementary shafts through two Y type cardan joints. These joints are crossing and vertical to each other in the space. When driving shaft is made to rotate, cardan joint makes the barrel perform composite motions, including horizontal moving, rotation and turning. At the same time, materials also conduct three-dimensional movements inside the barrel. They flow, diffuse, mix and finally become uniform.
