Description
Herbal tablet press is a single pressure type machine that rotates automatically and presses materials continuously. Basically, it is mainly used to compress difficult molding materials, including Chinese herbal medicine and things of high fiber content. Apart from that, this rotary tablet press can make round, annular and special-shaped tablets.
Characteristics
1. Herbal tablet press is equipped with big pre-pressure device and meets GMP requirements.
2. The outer casing of rotary tablet press is enclosed and covered with stainless steel material. All parts that contact with materials are covered with stainless steel coating or non-poisonous, anti-corrosion and wear-resisting covering.
3. Herbal tablet press adopts PLC to monitor the operating process.
4. Touch screen is applied to set and show key parameters, average pressure and all kinds of faults.
5. To prevent pollution, tablet press chamber is separated from transmission part.
