Working Principle of Film Coating Machine
Under the action of streamlined guide plate stirrer, materials constantly make complex trajectory movement inside the clean enclosed rotary roller. During the process, film coating machine automatically sprays coating medium according to technological process and parameter. Meantime, high efficiency tablet coating equipment provides hot wind which is discharged from the bottom of materials, making medium dry quickly and uniformly. Finally, tablets or candies are covered with a solid and glossy thin film.

2. Film coating machine adopts constant pressure variable peristaltic pump, which prevents spray gun from block and is easy to clean.
3. Streamlined guide plate stirrer prevents materials from damaging and improves the rate pf finished products. And the narrow guide plate surface prevents materials from adhering to it, which saves materials and improve the quality of tablets.
4. Tablet coating equipment is of high efficiency.
5. Film coating machine can display and control the negative pressure of pot, wind speed of heating and temperature value. It can memorize and copy as well.
6. Spray gun designed and manufactured especially for coating can spray evenly and widely. And its universal adjustable nozzle is not affected by the charging amount. With a block cleaning structure, this spray gun helps save coating time and coating dressing.
