Operation
1. Check to see if there is chipped edge, fissure or deformation of dies before operating flower basket tablet press.
2. Make sure that all parts of single punch tablet machine are in good condition.
3. The particles should be in line with requirement (the powder content is less than 10%) so as not affect performance and service of flower basket tablet press.
4. Turn belt pulley by hand or shun inching button to test pressure. And this machine should not start working unless the tablet is in accordance with need.
5. Astern inching button is equipped to avoid lamination and to check working condition. However, only instantaneous inching is allowed to make flower basket tablet press reverse slightly in case of damaging machine parts.
6. Single punch tablet machine should be kept an eye on in operation. Stop and check tablet press at once if abnormal sound is found and re-operate it after debugging.
